Not sure of a reason but think two items came into play
Time of possession and LSU all season has given carries to Hilliard in the 2nd half as he was a fresh back

Yea, but send Chavis packing due to poor defense.
You know, sometimes you just have to give the opposing offense credit for making plays. When this happens YOUR offense has to rise to the occasion. Plain and simple, LSU's offense DID NOT rise to the occasion when the game was on the line but I agree they got screwed out of what might have been the winning TD on the fake FG. LSU probably beats ND 7 out of 10 if the run LF consistently throughout the game.Posted on 12/31/14 at 10:27 am to LC412000

Sounds like everyone is just as baffled as I am by the number. Georgia has done similar things with Todd Gurley in the past which makes me wonder what the coaches are thinking.

"Packages didn't line up" or whatever the frick Les said after one game. It's hard to keep up with all the stupid. LF disappeared after half in another game too this season after being productive to which Les said the quote above. Really? Packages and personel didn't line up? We run 3 plays. How can that even happen? Is LF Zoolander and can only run to the right? He's not an ambi-runner?
