Never said a word I recall. Got some money, poon started coming is way that he never had before, started believing he was better than he was. Happens to this generation all the time.

Money does things to people.

So because he’s getting paid to be in the NFL he should never complain about anything ever?

It’s not like he’s out there huckin’ batteries at people who do this.

Let's not mince words: He's on a show that's intended to stir class warfare between the races.

Michael Bennett's big stupid arse sitting there for instance

My advice to Odell - decide to stop being uneducated and stupid. You sound like a 14 year old who can't read. Who asked you to "dance"? One guy? Three guys? Then feel sorry for those stupid guys and walk away.

Grow up and stop being on Lebron James' stupid class warfare show.

What I think is unreasonable about what he said is a guy getting paid a gazillion dollars to play a game he loves, and then to bitch about this shite.

So because he has money he's not allowed to have normal human emotions? You don't think being a celebrity like he and Lebron are comes with extra bullshite than no one would like?

Maybe he can get a job in another profession if he's that frustrated.

you are taking quite the leap here.

Lebron created a show for athletes to discuss different things they go through. Beckham was invited to be on the show and said that he hates he has no privacy anymore. I'm sure most celebrities would agree 100% with him and I'm sure you would too if you were honest with yourself. Just because they're rich doesn't mean everything in their lives is awesome.

He didn't say the juice wasn't worth the squeeze or that he was forced to be a celebrity. He just said that people basically expect him to be the personality he is on the field 100% of the time and he misses the privacy he had before he became famous.

He makes more in one day than your gump arse will make in your lifetime. He’s just a better person than you. Accept it and move on with your pathetic little gumpy life.

I bet we all bitch about our jobs at times. Of course, we don't do it on TV or radio, however.

True. Us average Joes would get fired. "Professional" athletes get promoted by the media and financially reinforced by the spineless portion of the market.

Most people think they want to be famous because it usually comes with a bunch of money. But, in reality, most people don't actually like being famous. That's why you see a lot of addiction problems, craziness, suicide, etc across all entertainment industries.

Good post HRV.

I'll add this - William Shatner actually has a great attitude about being famous. Most people hate him for it. But he doesn't owe the general public anything for "being famous".

how is he whining and bitching like a 12 year old girl? Because he was candid and open about what comes with being a celebrity? Have you ever discussed with anyone about difficult things about your life?

No one's forcing OBJ to play football. So sick of this mentality that athletes are enslaved to their sport and are exploited. You get paid millions of dollars to play an effin game. Grow TF up.

and if he quit football because he didn't want the fame, you would be totally ok with it and wouldn't call him a bitch?
