Anthony Bennett for the Cleveland Cavaliers was essentially immediately a bust before he took his draft day suit off. So probably him.

What a count you are

You ask a question and I provided a honest answer and you downvoted me.

Ryan Leaf is up there . . .and he did get pretty fat.

Nod goes to JaMarcus though as Bill Polian was too smart and opted for Peyton Manning. Dumbf$%Ck Lane Kiffin pulled the trigger on JaMarcus at #1 overall.

Leaf actually tried a few comebacks while JaMarcus lasted only three years.

I remember when the Cowboys reached the horrible low of replacing an injured Quincy Carter with a couch-sitting Leaf, who they had earlier bounced for failing a physical.

Actually Lane didn't want JaMarcus. Al Davis made him take JR at #1.

I forgot about that . . I remember Al Davis mentioning that in that awesome press conference where he fired Kiffin.

He had question marks coming out not sure any other team would have taken him at 1 besides the Al Davis Raiders.

Leaf was thought of as can't miss and would have been drafted ahead of Manning by a few teams so I put him ahead. Russell falls no lower than 2 on NFL all time draft busts.

other notable draft busts to consider (Top 5 picks)

Tim Couch - 1st overall
Courtney Brown - 1st overall
Charles Rodgers - 2nd overall
Tony Mandarich - 2nd overall
Rick Mirer - 2nd overall
Trent Richardson - 3rd overall
Heath Shuler - 3rd overall
Akili Smith - 3rd overall
Vince Young - 3rd overall
Joey Harrington - 3rd overall

Edited to add Young and Harrington
