The real difference in Kirby finally turning it around into championship seasons was the offense. Monken handed Kirby the blue print for his offensive system and they haven't looked back. Bobo calls the plays but it's the same system.
Combine that with their elite blocking at all levels(O line, WR and TE) and they are tough to beat.
Humble pie is just around the corner, though. The bigger they are...the harder they fall..
