WAFB Breaking News: SEC files secret appeal and loses

(WAFB) - The Louisiana Court of Appeals has reaffirmed a previous decision by a Baton Rouge judge who sided with the players in a high-profile eligibility fight involving the NCAA, the Southeastern Conference, and LSU. This appeal was filed secretly with the appeals court after the SEC had asked another judge to review the ruling.

Well, they can say they had the right to play, but the SEC can say as a member institution that their members cannot play those players therefore it’s really a moot point
