Cam Carried what should have been a 8 win Auburn team to the natty. Burrow put up PlayStation numbers with multiple NFL receivers. Not impressed.

I don't think the difference is as drastic. Maybe Auburn drops 5 games, and maybe they find a way to win a couple of those to stay firmly in the middle of the west.
Without Joe Burrow, LSU has some toss-up games.
Yes, sans quarterbacks, 2019 LSU is definitely a better team than 2010 Auburn. I just don't think it's as drastic a difference as you do.
This is purely speculative anyway.
