Max Scherzer (Mizzou great) CAMPAIGNED for Mizzou to hire him the last go around. The brain trust of Mizzou passed, wanting a more experienced coach. A 50 year old coach at SEMO.

Nobody has punched more gift horses in the north than my Tigers.

We passed on Bill Self for Snyder.
We passed on Gregg Marshall for Haith.
We passed on Kelvin Samson for Kim Anderson.

We passed on Matt Rhule for Odom.

I see your still thinking about last years 0-5 and Voltello sending Marinara into retirement.

He had a 3.55 ERA in 2021 in 12.2 innings of work in 9 games.

11 hits, 5 runs, 3 walks, 18 k's, 3 doubles and 2 HR's.

Looks pretty good.

Happy for the kid. Has been competing for playing time and seems to come up just a bit short on landing an enhanced role. Has all the tools needed to succeed.

You know who Vitello doesnt own? Arkansas.

Au Contraire, Dave Van Horn beat the best Vol team of all time 3 out of 4 times last year.
