I believe we’re 2-0 in the black unis, both against SCar. I don’t know why the SEC randomly fricks with the order in which you play your conference opponents.

Coal mining grubs from Kentucky are used to seeing black. Still no excuse for these freakish uniforms.

Yeah, the white on white look is my fave and then the classic orange jersey over white pants. All orange is a close third.

Spurrier always said he never like wearing black for night games. He said it made it much more difficult for the QB to see the receivers as they would blend into the background.

I actually really like those, they are legit, I've always liked to color orange and the color black (I'm a UGA fan so of course I like the color black)
They should make them a choice for at least one or two home games every year.
I bet recruits LOVE them also...
Just don't lose to UK in them, I want my DaWGs to give you vols your first L of the season.

I don’t hate them. Looks like they should glow in the dark. Could probably do some sort of cool stadium intro with them but better just focus on playing football with all that is on the line.

I think the black looks good. But something needs to be done about that orange…. Maybe totally remove it? Let’s do that.

Agree 100%. Tennessee's regular uniforms are spectacularly clean and uncluttered with their bright orange and white. One of the best in college football if you look at it without biases favoring your own team's colors. I have no idea why they would ever step away from it in favor of cheap "Oregon-esque" bullshyte.

We do have the best unis in CFB. These new ones aren't terrible though for the odd occasional. The smokey greys are my least favorite.
