Exactly, you won’t read it.

Everyone is arguing about NCAA rule violations. The rules don't matter because they are illegal.
How are NCAA rules illegal? Confused here because if you are referencing the Alston case all it stated was the NCAA could not prevent athletes from entering into agreements for NIL. The courts never said that the NCAA could not enforce rules regarding recruiting and what is deemed illegal.
Any interaction between a recruit and a university fall under the governance of the NCAA. NIL contracts between an athlete and a collective are not under the authority of the NIL as the courts made clear. Unless that NIL goes beyond the parameters of the NIL to create a direct connection between said university to create an advantage the NCAA at that point can intercede.
I believe based of what limited info we have seen the NCAA's investigation is based on connecting the two together, but I am not sure they can.

You a GD complete moron.
Spyre has NOTHING TO DO with the university! NOTHING! He happened to be in town to make an unofficial visit. Since you are so GD dense, you're trying to piece a puzzle that does not fit.
I think LewEvansFan needs to go get the switch.

GD!
End the conversation with this buffoon because he doesn't get it. He also is in no position to discuss about this since his team was paying players under the table and offering impressible gifts.
Explain...How did the players get nice, fancy cars while realistically they don't have the money to get cars like a Dodge Charger?

Tough girl
Keep deflecting young one. Since this is the first month this happened to you, we will give you a pass. Every month after this hopefully you will be better prepared.

Here ya go:
quote:
“Like the unknowns of the NIL, Spyre continues to let everyone know who and what they are about. When asked what he would tell people about the group, here is what Baddour had to offer.
"We are all Tennessee guys. We are all from this area. We all went to UT. We have multiple degrees from Tennessee, and our blood runs orange. Whether our model of business is scalable or not, that is irrelevant—we are not interested in ever taking our model to another SEC or Power Five
school. We are only doing this to support the University of Tennessee, and we are very passionate about it. Again, we feel like NIL is a tremendous opportunity, maybe a Godsend, to get Tennessee back to where we all know Tennessee should be, competing for championships year in and year out. Rally the Valley! "

The NCAA haha cmon man. They let this get out of hand and now they are going to selectively try to punish schools. Get outta here

The type of agreement that Spyre is claiming in the response is based on off campus participation.
The NCAA apparently thinks that collective money was used to fund transportation to and from an on-campus visit, be it official or un-official.
Somebody within the collective should have known better.

Go admit Saban was paying players under the table and directing boosters and donors to give players fancy cars.
That's something you won't be able to admit!

Except it wasn’t. Nico is their client and flew him into Knoxville for business.

Here's a quote I just found
"... further tilting competitive imbalance among schools in neighboring states... "
Can Bama boy explain this meaning? He probably can't because the neighboring state(s) are Alabama and Georgia.

Are you saying he did or did not visit with vol coaches on this business trip?

bruh, it's totally cool for an NIL collective/booster to fly recruits out on private jets for unofficial visits. Nothing to see here.
Seems like smokeyone and his nervous band of homers repeating the company line think is this way.

All I know about the NIL is that it's nothing but trouble and should be disbanded before it completely destroys college football.

That’s not what is known to have happened. What we know is that Spyre flew Nico out to a meet and greet with a prospective client. The headquarters is in Knoxville and while in town he visited the campus. No prearranged plans, no communication between the athletic department or coaches to Spyre to set it up. Nothing. And since California at the time allowed NIL to prospects then that side was above board, the standard Spyre contract has very specific language regarding the separation of the NIL and any school we know there is no issue there, no laws were broken, no ncaa rules were broken, no NCAA guidance at the time were broken.
Someone (I believe it was Stoops at Kentucky via OL Mincy) thought they had something and fricked up.

Foot soldiers like you better hope he didn’t visit with the vol coaches while on campus

Foot soldiers like you better hope that Nico can't play, or your little pathetic 'dynasty' is over.

And that's why their President reported us, because they know their hold will dissipate once Nico runs through the vaunted UGA defense.
At each passing moment, this is getting worse than a Scooby-Doo mystery.
Then we're going to wonder who turned in FSU and Florida? I smell Georgia or a combination of Georgia/Alabama.

I cannot disband NIL the Supreme Court says the player has a right to be compensated.

And it looks like the NCAA has defied the ruiling.
