Craig was nowhere near the LSU sideline when Kragthorpe chased him down.
It’s obvious to anyone with a pulse that Kragthorpe and Faulk had some personal beef with Craig, so they started shite and lied about it.

All of this is pretty stupid but the main takeaway from this is that Kragthorpe is a damn liar. That is really what stands out after the final page is turned. I am left with not much else except wondering why he blatantly lied.

Craig is a dumb hothead who needs to quit running his mouth and never should have been talking shite to the opposing coaches. Grow up.
Kragthorpe should have kept his old arse on the sideline. He re-escalated a situation that was being defused by Fisher. Plus, apparently he’s a gigantic fricking liar. All that crap he said after the game is 100% false. And apparently pretty dumb if he didn’t realize everything is videotaped in this day and age, much less right after an event that was just TELEVISED.
Faulk is also a hothead. I get defending your fellow coach but no one threw a punch before he did. So he either overreacted to a push or jumped in without knowing what happened. Neither option is good. Especially since he has a history. And that dude could seriously hurt someone. Especially a small guy like Fisher.
Poor Fisher is the LEAST culpable! And LSU fans were ready to hang this kid within one hour of all this going down. He was trying to drag Craig away and end it and when Kragthorpe came charging in, he shoved him away while still holding on to Craig to keep them apart.
This is the very reason a bunch of us with no dog in this fight were saying not to jump to conclusions based on Twitter rumors and only one side of the story.
Also, LSU has a shitty PR department. They NEVER should have responded or let Kragthorpe say anything until all the evidence was in. Never take anyone’s word for it in a situation like this. A&M was smart to “no comment” this.
Now LSU has to make Kragthorpe and anyone else who backed his story walk it back.
Plenty of blame to go around but the takeaways -
Craig - giant a-hole with a big mouth
Kragthorpe - giant liar who’s a little bit dumb
Faulk - hothead with anger issues
Fisher - guy trying to do the right thing in a chaotic situation
