I've had an injury similar and you honestly lose track of where you are while feeling like needless are stabbing your body and you want to vomit the second you catch your breath.

He may have been screaming but the guy might not have known Fitzs ankle was dangling. People can scream over a twisted knee or other injuries not as gruesome.
