Your link is not about what odds makers give as home field advantage so I'm not sure why you linked it. Also odds makers would not rely too much on the data in your link to assign home field advantage (and for good reason). They look not at how home teams compare to visiting teams but rather how the same teams perform on the road versus at home to get a sense of home field advantage. Think about it.

I think 10 is fair.
I see this being a very tight, high scoring game and Bama scores late on a big play to pull away to 10.
