Just by simple observation, I'm pretty sure he didn't go to Vandy...
He looks like the guy that turns around and uncomfortably stares at every girl that walks into the bar.

Ruins the game for everyone. Surprised he hasn’t been removed.
I would toss a couple hundred bucks toward hiring a hobo to sit behind him and do something fun like lick his ear everytime he whistles. I’m open to ideas.
