Also to be fair it has happened to us a LOT of times in the short amount of time NIL and portal has been around. More than other big schools for sure

I don't care he went to Vandy. But insisting you're committed for the entire recruiting cycle, and then dipping out at the last moment did leave a bad impression with some of the Georgia fan base, myself included. Based on some remarks I've seen, it seems like the last minute switch wasn't entirely unplanned.

It's a lot harder to get kids to wait for their turn when they can get NIL money and start elsewhere immediately. Depth is just more difficult to keep
