UT-Alabama most-watched college game locally (Nashville) since 2001

Alabama's 19-14 victory at Tuscaloosa, Ala., earned a 24.6 local television rating, according to WTVF-5 programming and research director Mark Binda.
That means 243,589 households in the Nashville market watched the CBS (WTVF-5) broadcast.
It was the highest local rating since the 2001 Tennessee-Florida game, which earned a 28.1. That game had been delayed because of the 9/11 attack and was played in December.
Last year’s UT-Alabama game, played in Knoxville, earned only an 11.6 rating in the Nashville market.

UT/UA is traditionally one of the top money games for the conference.

I didn't see one minute of the UT/Bama game. I don't know anyone personally that watched it.

Do your own research if you want to disprove it.
Tennessee/Alabama is one of the SEC's top money making regular season games. Always has been.

UT/Bama is about average for viewership for all SEC games.
