Boom wont fail at Carolina. I think he knows his limits now and Florida was not the right place, you can not follow legends.

Just a guess.

You know you've lost when you are bragging about beating Mizzou's 50 something ranked recruiting class. The USC offseason melt has been quite entertaining, what a shite show

He's not following Spurrier? The only coach to ever win consistently at USCjr?

MU if not careful could be heading to the Stull years. Nothing will ever be as bad as Woody, but Stull, possibly.

Mizzou is returning most of a top 10 defense and had a top 20 class last year. If they turn around recruiting for 2017 there won't be any issues. I can tell you this, there's no way we are as bad offensively as we were last year, it's simply not possible

He did not follow OBC he followed Meyer and an intern.

OBC was not the only coach to win consistently at Carolina. Morrison and Holtz did also. Not for a decade granted, but when they got it right, it was right. Throw out the first year of Holtz he was a winner, but rebuilding Scott's mess made it an overall losing record.

If Morrison lived 4 more years Carolina would have been set up for a long term, but they had to move Sparky up.

It's a good guess. Plus he already knows the ropes ... he's been working the media like a pro. He's been on ESPN and SEC Nation this year and he's done the Finebaum show already this year ... plus he is making the rounds to all the large Chapters of the Gamecock Club. He's already recruiting for next year, making a ton of visits ... the guy is a relentless worker.

Our last two hires were high-profile hires that garnered us a lot of press and helped to make us a future serious player ... but we've needed a young, energetic, hard working guy like Boom. We'll see how it works out.

I bet you are correct.

*here's the clue*

Black Death, Fire Ants, Sterling, and Todd were products.

First time I ever saw the lights go out was incredible.

Sounds like every SEC coach during their first year.

He also did these things at UF and well...

typical made up bull shite. herman stayed at UH because they came up with 3 million fricking dollars. and he is still a viable candidate for a big job in the future because UH plays in a weak damn conference and he should shine where he is for the near term.

1. That's not accurate, but I followed the search because I follow the SEC. I paid particular attention the the SC search because you were so boisterous at the beginning guaranteeing a home run hire. It was funny as shite to rub your nose in it. That, and SC fans were probably the biggest dicks to Mizzou fans early on.

2. What?

3. See #1

4. Sure

5. LOL! frick no

6. I wasn't wrong about anything. That was you guaranteeing a HR hire and ending up with Boom.

7. Nope. Not at all. Love Odom and the staff he put together. Very confident in the future.

Best coach in the world. Mizzou has nothing to worry about at all.
