You could say the same thing about Drinkwitz. He was forced to hire an OC. It works out great so far. Napier will need to do the same thing.

Napier has a terrinle head coac..he was a 5 star for a reason. No question if he went somewhere like OSU, Georgia, LSU, Texas they would have taught how to read a field and he would be fine. He was wanted out of high school by many for a reason. 5 star recruits always have athletic talent..it is the mind that needs maturing mostly. It is not happening.

Not saying y’all can’t do it but it’s going to take a bigger effort and commitment than I think some of y’all’s fanbase wants to believe. Especially since Lane now has Knox going to Oxford High, Layla, his mom and his daughter all settled in.
I honestly think it would take anywhere between $12-15 million a year and a 10 year contract to get him there. Again, not saying y’all aren’t capable of that.

I agree but if you’re given that kind of contract along with a big guaranteed NIL bucket, it would be hard for anyone to turn that down.

Napier sucks but it can clearly be seen on tape Lagway struggles reading a defense.
