DC will ninja star you for that.

FWIW, I have no idea what any Alabama player drives.

I know what Pugh and Ziemba drive though.

its the first definition of the word

Contrast even has the word compare in its definition.

a) I go to the men's store in Auburn and I'm an Auburn football player.

b) I ask how much a suit costs.

c) I am told it costs $300.

d) I pull out $100 cash.

e) the cashier gives me a receipt for my suit saying I paid $300.

f) any cash register discrepancy at the end of the day is padded.

g) I have a receipt for the full price of my suit to show the NCAA.

That's not really how it went down, but it is all in print.

You tried to laugh at someone for saying Bama fans were comparing this to the Cam situation by saying they were pointing out differences. I merely pointed out that that was a comparison. Which is true, despite your objections. Simply because the term contrast could also be used is immaterial.

I agree. I just saw where it was being questioned a few pages back, then i saw the video that was just linked. Didn't see them there.. Also noted there was no memorabilia in the storefront for the commercial

Probably. Most coaches, athletes, and men in Tuscaloosa have purchased a suit from there at some point

I grew up in Tuscaloosa, and went to Bama, and I had never heard of the store until this story.

How long has it been around? Was it under a different name at any time?

I got all my suits in Tuscaloosa at Parisian or The Locker Room.

Use of the word as part of it's definition, doesn't mean it's the correct use. Otherwise, there would be no use for the word, contrast. There'd only be compare.

Out of curiousity - what was it?

I've said it before and I'll say it again - if a college gets in trouble over player cars I would be shocked. At Bama they go through a process of verification of ownership of vehicles on all incoming players. They do this for every scholarship athlete at least once and then again if they ever get a new car.

I was laughing, because a small few Au fans are getting upset, that Bama fans aren't upset. Repeating themselves to the point that it's funny.

I still want you to point out to me, at what point in that video, is the area on the glass where the "not for sale" sticker is located is visible.

You said it wasnt on there in the video. Show me.

Not really... everyone knows he's a fan of Alabama and has relationships with past players.

OP links are new information by credible news sources, NOT SportsbyBrooks, Clay Travis, or Bleacher Report, or blogs.

This just stokes unwarranted assumptions that are already being discussed.

I've read the whole thread and I'm gonna have to disagree.

When the whole Cam fisaco happened, we were told we had our heads in the sand because we weren't worried or upset. Now we're getting upset that y'all aren't upset? Lol.
