Thanks. I'm just trying to get a full understanding right now. Not defending(yet).

Technically against the rules, but damn near impossible to prove apart from circumstantial evidence.

You posted or tried to post something to act is if what I stated was wrong. I was just pointing out and reemphasizing, nothing has been passed in rules or bylaws that addresses the "cam loophole".

No problem, I have sworn off taking part in the bickering. But will provide some info that pertains to everybody and not just one team

The AJC said they had nothing concrete less than a month ago but Tech got killed for it.
The same AJC that knew NOTHING about Ga Tech's NOI, NOA, or meeting in front of the COI? The same AJC that covered this in reverse - only after the penalties were announced? They weren't exactly on top of that one.
I get your point, but I also don't think the Tech penalties were result of circumstantial evidence. They had a specific dollar amount of benefits received and there was a specific allegation of administrators not cooperating with the NCAA. Also, probation, win vacation, etc. does not = "killed for it". Only hard scholly loses and post season ban count as "killed" IMHO.

Circumstantial is more than enough apparently
Again, I think there is only circumstantial evidence in the Cam thing. Not a thing concrete there and the NCAA has correctly NOT "killed" AU as a result. If circumstantial evidence was enough then AU would be in trouble over Greg Robinson, Trovon Reed, Robinson Therezie, Cam Newton. If circumstantial is not enough then AU is in the clear.

What about the windsuits that teams wear when getting off the bus? I have seen several schools all wearing the same.

I think I am going to do the same thing. At this point, Clay Travis (and his neckbeard) is fapping to generate hits on his new site. I guess I will jump back if the shite hits the fan.

All the tweet stated was that the ncaa was seeking to expand the definition of agents. You can twist that anyway you want to, I wasn't acting as if you were wrong.

I would guess they are considered 'athletic related'.

Not 100% sure, but I believe those are classified as part of the warm up attire.

This was printed after it all came out, the the shitty rep of the AJC is not in question.
Here is the quote that came out after the NCAA slammed Tech.
Investigators never found proof or established a paper trail indicating former players, specifically Demaryius Thomas and Morgan Burnett, received improper benefits from agents.

Why would you do something like that? This bickering is what makes the world go round.
