State could steal Arkansas spot this weekend

He is much more inline with most of the brackets on bracket matrix now. The only difference is
LSU as a 6 seed
Arkansas as a 10 seed
Florida as a 11 seed
For once I agree with Lunardi more than the Matrix

Losing his touch. Think Decourcy is better at the moment.

It would not surprise me. I like the fight in this team but losing Isiah Joe was a death blow for Arkansas. We'll be fine once we get that big recruiting class on campus but this year is pretty much a wash now.

I still think you beat State, was just implying State needs to win tomorrow, and if they do its a big step towards the tournament.

It all comes down to have we handle Perry at home, and ball efficiency on D vs Boards imo.
Which Mason Jones shows up as well?

I think Arkansas misses the Tournament all together. Would be very disappointing considering the fast start, but I just don't see the Hogs turning things around and getting a bid.
The schedule has just not been very difficult. To date, Arkansas has just one win over the NET Top 50. That is normally not going to cut it for a major conference team.
The Hogs have lost 6 of their last 8 games. They are going to need to get to 22 wins to secure a bid, IMO, and there are only 7 regular season games left to do it.
The win over Indiana at Bloomington was a big deal at the time, but that win keeps losing its luster a bit. The Hoosiers are also fighting for a bid, and they've now lost 4 of their last 5 games. That doesn't help Arkansas' resume since it was really the only good opponent that the Hogs played OOC.
I think this is a 4-bid league and the Gators better step up if we don't want that to slip to 3.

The SEC has been garbage this year. How Arkansas is still in the conversation is beyond me.

But to put things into perspective, most didn't think they would even be on the bubble. NIT was about what was expected by most fans coming into the season. The losses are not just on missing Joe but sucks to think about what could have been with a healthy Joe. Surely some of those OT/single digit losses go the other way.

It will be interesting to see how some of their "meh" OOC wins turn out. There are at least 2-3 teams that have a great shot at winning their league. If Arkansas is on the bubble on selection Sunday, their wins against tourney teams might make a positive jump.
Having said all that, I thought it was over after the OT loss against Auburn.

His interviews on the Tom Leach radio show. The brackets on FS1 are his. So I will post as soon as I find it.
