Was he throwing it at people? That's just straight up assault. If he's throwing it on the ground or something, probably not.
As for private property, they can just ask you to leave and then if you don't it's trespassing would be my guess.

Yes, you see you talk to people, and then they hopefully learn from that process. I'm sorry this process isn't familiar to you.
Collectivism is a major part of marxism/communism/socialism. Because it treats people in terms of groups rather than as individuals. Which then allows the public opinion to be swayed against innocent people based on those who are selectively chosen to represent the groups. And of course, special rights and privledges being assigned to those identity groups.
The only cure to collectivism is individualism. To recognize all people have their own characteristics and should be judged based on their own merit, not because of some superficial box/identity you've managed to throw on them, or even worse, brainwashed them into embracing.
In short, he needs to be more effective by directing his frick you in the direction of those who are responsible for the crimes he is calling out, rather than ignorantly applying it to an entire group of people, which then has him falsely labeling and accusing innocent people.
What he should have said was - frick Israel.

If he threw anything at him, then that's assault. I didn't see that in the video, but maybe I missed it. If true, I wouldn't be opposed to an assault charge, but the disturbing the peace charge sounds like the speech was the problem.

If that kind of shite happened, then I wouldn't at all be opposed to him being arrested on them.
But the lesser charge makes me think it was just the speech. Especially since they typically try to put in maximum charges for plea bargin room later on lesser charges.

First and foremost, frick that immature kid.
Second, him being universally known for being a dickhead is punishment enough. This will affect his future job, education, publicity, etc... There's no need to arrest him. Freedom of speech is still a thing.

If the coins didn't hit Portnoy, it's an illegal arrest (I would assume). You can absolutely yell "frick the ___" to someone. That's as protected as it gets. So, yeah, possibly gets some money, but I doubt it.
What should've happened is out the guy on social media. I assume they had a decent pic since they found out who he is.
