Let's get this story straight.
You extended his contract and he was making big changes in the program as talked about with the AD and staff.
He closes the recruiting class.
You fired him after the bowl....
And NOW, there is no deal in place PER your own writers.
And what's worse:
Already thin there and he is your defensive captain.

You act like it could not have gotten worse. You just fired a guy who has the second highest winning % and recruits well who agreed to make some changes that included a OC and more with out anybody lined up!
Your own writer is telling you that. That's not to say your AD doesn't pull it off, but Ms ST looks really stupid right now.

The bad situation was Moorhead. No assitant coach can fix a culture that 5 seniors decided it was best to skip bowl practice.
And Moorhead should thank us for letting him keep his high winning percentage for now, because now that he's out of Mullens players, he wouldn't have even sniffed a bowl in 2020.

His contract was not extended. It would've extended in the Spring like we do with any other coach, but he didn't last that long.

He’s horrible - there was someone who posted here a lot that had cancer. He and his wife had kept people updated throughout his treatments etc. The guy was literally on his death bed as in had a day or less to live- someone posted an update from his wife. And this douche starts an attention whore thread asking people to contact his family that he knew someone who had cancer and this whatever something another saved their life.

Never suggested that. I said he would get the job done once he got the passing game set. I said it was stupid to fire a winning coach at the end of year 2.
Now I'm saying what a shite show it is that you have your own writers saying you don't have any deal with anybody.
So what we heard in the presser was accurate. They got a lot of feed back but are now starting their search!
