Yeah I've had three people from three states call me about it. I guess they assume that being in Aggieland makes one in the know. Let's hope he is safe and found soon.

Honestly, where could he be? It's not like BCS is a terrible area. Well, maybe Bryan but it's still not that bad compared to most areas. (No need for linked crime-rates and statistical battles)

If this is a crime (I honestly hope with all my heart that it's not), it is almost certainly not random. I doubt BCS has anything to do with it.

He's trending on twitter, and my twitter just gave me related people, which revealed his girlfriend, who has been tweeting. I definitely think it's odd that no one seems to have mentioned he was missing. And Sports Illustrated had slightly different wording in their story.... they said police believe that he's gone to Dallas, which is a little different than the original link. Don't know if it means anything.
