While I agree it shouldn't matter it really does if we are honest. Think about it. We wouldn't be talking about this If it was just a student not on the football team. That being said I do hope he's found soon and safe.

I think it would still be talked about as much if not more. See the Mickey Shunick case. And no, I'm not saying that the case didn't deserve the coverage that it got.

To be honest, when I first read about his disappearance, I thought two things: 1. He was murdered or 2. He is mentally ill and just wandered off.
