Sure, but for some reason Alabama has the Marshall Space Flight Center. You know, the place where rockets like the Saturn V, which sent man to the Moon, were developed? I guess that means at least a little bit of NASA belongs to Alabama.

Whoever is coming for Huntsville is stupid.
Marshall Space Flight Center is quite possibly the most important place for space exploration not just for the US but for humanity.
It's why the US Missile Defense Command is located in Huntsville. That's right, America and its interests around the world is protected because of missile defense systems headquartered in Huntsville. It's why the Soviet Union gave "Red Star" designations to what they viewed as the 3 most important locations to strike should they go to war with America: Washington, DC, NORAD, Huntsville, AL.
It's why the FBI has 2 headquarters. One in DC. The 2nd about to be in Huntsville.
It's why the next military branch, Space Force, will be headquartered in Huntsville.
It's why Cummings Research Park is the 2nd largest in the US and 4th largest in the world.
