I don’t mind the new flag, but on this note something I’ve been looking to rant about for a while but haven’t found a good place. Anyways does a good quality MS flag exist? Every single one I see out and about, even on courthouses, are those cheap plastic looking things and all of them are so faded they look like they’re 30 years old.
I have not seen a good quality flag one single time and it pisses me off that it looks like the whole state got their flags from the same Chinese warehouse

Here in Central America, the St. Andrew's Cross Confederate Battle Flag is by far the most-flown flag identified with North America. It's the same the world over. Makes me proud quite frankly.

For the life of me, I don't understand why about the only thing anyone expects from Mississippi is that we remain your fricking museum. We get maligned for being stuck in the 19th Century, but then we also get pilloried when we try to do anything to move beyond - something every last one of the other states down here has already done.
Every damn one of you from the south or still in the south has lived or lives in a state that used to flap the damn battle flag around, many of you on your flags, and almost every university in the SEC slipped Dixie into something somewhere. And you all got rid of it over the best 50 years. If that bothers you so much, talk to your own local and state officials, but frick off with expecting us to continue to fight battles you already lost so you can live vicariously through us. If it's that important, get your own house in order before looking at us.
