And what does this mean, exactly?

It means Ole Miss fired him for not pulling in the top recruiting class in the nation. Obv Ole Miss should be recruiting at a higher level than 5th in the Country.

That he resigned from his job? Does anyone know in what context he resigned?

I had classes with him in college. He's a nice guy. Been there for 6+ years. I think he's just looking for the next step in his career. Spending 10+ years in Oxford, especially in your 20s, can be rough.

In the context that Ole Miss has just been sent a NOA and reports that more is in the pipeline.....that context

Pank, my friend.... You know better than that. Just start upping the LSU thread counts and it will all blow over soon. We will field a team in 3 years. Don't worry about it.

Possibly. Incredibly poor timing for him to resign....no doubt.

But until context is provided as to why he resigned....it's nothing but speculation and more oppurtunity for butterfly to tell everyone he knew about this the entire time.

Possible of course. I'll go with Occam's Razor, though.
