Speaking of “Best Value”, I’m pretty sure ya’ll are likely near the top of the rankings for Dollar Generals & Family Dollars too?

That’s looks like Opelika. In any event, this is a serious topic. It involves football and education. That pretty much excludes Auburn.

Well then by all means…tell us more about your bargain basement “Degrees-R-Us” academic opportunities and elaborate further on some more recent year’s events pertaining to various & sundry members of your currently #1 ranked football team?

Certainly. The University of Georgia School of Law is ranked 26th nationally of all 198 accredited law schools. Our Number 1 best value ranking means that we are able to lower the cost for students while maintaining superior academics, bar passage rates, and percentage of students employed at or 6 months after graduation.

In football, we are undefeated thus far. Recently beat The University of Alabama which earned us the top spot in the Associated Press poll along with Texas’ loss to Oklahoma.

Does this help?

Since you got dicked down by an unranked team, I will take a shot at this part.

The incredible salient metric the National Jurist leaves out of their calculus is actual average income commanded with a particular JD compared to the cost/debt to obtain it. For example, every T14 law school averages much higher pay, and the cost/debt to pay is much lower. The median starting salary with a UGA degree is about $76k, whereas the T14s average out about $150k. UGA in-state is ~18k a year so $54k for a degree (40/120 out of state), whereas the average T14 is 80k/240k. That $190k advantage disappears very quickly when you are making half as much.

Of course, roughly 40% of Georgia Law students graduate debt free due to incredible alumni giving. That makes it possible for grads to find work in the public sector and not worry too much (if at all) about income/loan ratio.

It is a good law school. My son visited it, but Vandy gave him a better offer. The people at Georgia said, "We understand. You really can't turn that down."
Nice folks.
