Now did he act morally responsible in the aspect of what’s expected for university students, most would say not even close and most students get kicked off campus for far less egregious offenses

I don't think many of y'all know many college kids these days. People have been putting the fear of God into kids about texting and driving for over a decade now. My teenage driver is scared to death of it.
