There’s paying for players, and then there is covering up rape and stealing from children cancer patients paying players.
It’s possible to pay players without hurting others.

I’m sure an athletic department who covers up rape for star players and a coach who makes strong arse offers on FBI wire taps would never be comfortable letting that kind of corruption slip outside of the football team to the other sports. Those guys just love LSU basketball and wanted to be tigers out of the goodness of their hearts
