I mean, it is. Just like the dudes with CTE that kill themselves.

I’ve contemplated suicide and have undergone therapy and counseling. Thinking of my family is one of the reasons I have backed away from those thoughts.

I guarantee you that someone who does follow through thinks they are doing their family a favor. They think that by dying, they are unburdening people.

This is fundamental, defensive ignorance right here.

It’s selfish dude, he thought of himself instead of those who cared about him and would be affected by his actions. Bad way to get a point across and if he needed help did he seek it?

Don’t show your ignorance.

Doubling down on stupid, I see. You clearly know nothing of the mindset of the suicidal. Read a book. The cognitive distortions border on delusional.

Would you say this to his family's face? Would you tell them that he is in hell regretting his decision?

One of the most important lessons in manhood is not being ruled by pusssy. Focus on your goals as a man. A woman is never the focus, just a nice addition if she can be a help-mate in achieving them.

One of the most important things to look for in a woman is if she is supportive of your goals. A good supportive woman is awesome. One who constantly tries to undermine, work against you, belittle you, etc is just terrible. If you feel you’re constantly working to win her approval or bending over backwards for her, tell her to hit the road. Not worth the stress and she will hinder your success level rather than elevate it

Every suicide is a tragedy, and to some degree a mystery.

Suicide often stems from a deep feeling of hopelessness. The inability to see solutions to problems or to cope with challenging life circumstances may lead people to see taking their own lives as the only solution to what is really a temporary situation.

My opinion as a professional fry cook.

Honestly though, my sincere condolences to the family and friends of this
person.

Take time to grieve. It's an important step toward healing over this tragedy.

Sup. Been there…..nearly did that. Don’t need to read a book about it. Family and others are the reason why I’m still here. I’m still here because I decided to not be selfish.

Both can be and are correct.

Also I got a dog about a month later. That dog helped put everything into perspective

This may come off as harsh but I'm glad you wrote that. Hopefully someone who needs it might see it and understand you don't just live for yourself.

Hope life continues to go well for you.

Not harsh at all. It’s not something I’ll tell my parents because they’re older and I’m afraid of how it might affect them. But I have no problem at all coming to grips with it elsewhere.

I’ll John Wick the frick out of someone over that dog. She helped bring life back to me. Got married a month ago to an amazing woman that I met later that year and we’re going for having kids soon. Life is about as perfect as it could possibly be and I’ve never been a better or happier person.
