Lol. Every team picks up at least a few jackasses, but many teams do little to nothing to prioritize bringing in character kids.
Some teams address those players' issues, and some don't care enough about the kids or maintaining certain standards to really try.
Also some fans care about character while others would be happy to sign murderers ad long as they can play football good.
