George Blanda as a Sr. and Babe Parilli as a Frosh would have been in the "QB room" in 1948.
Is that what he means? Okay, yes, Blanda/Parilli would be #1.
Wasn't Lorenzen and Woodson on one team together?

But can any of them throw a pass> Last year Terry Wilson was 12th in the SEC in passing yards at 118/game. Stetson Bennett, the 4th string Georgia QB, was 11th, at 147/game.

Allen probably has the most potential of the bunch with the right coach to develop him (hopefully we have that with the OC change). I know Stoops really likes him.
And whomever wins the spot will actually have at least one decent WR to throw to with Robinson transferring in.
At this point I don't really care who is QB as long as we have someone who can open the offense up enough to utilize Chris Rodriguez.

Beau Allen will likely be the starter, and he has an NFL arm. I hope he can develop into it.

You'll need at least two decent pass catchers to take pressure off the run game, and at least two good runners to take pressure off the passing game.
And, of course, a QB good enough to complete passes.

Moonlight is just ok....Old Hickory, Ole South and Boogaloo blow Moonlight away. Moonlight is a tourist trap, they have a great buffet, but their BBQ is just ok.

Good luck, we were hoping since y'all are behind in the series, you'd go away lol

Moonlight BBQ isn't that great, Old Hickory, Ole South and Boogaloo are much better

Lorenzen's last season was fall 2003 and Woodson came on board and was redshirted in 2003. So yes, same "QB room".

Did a UT fan just walk in here and complain about the content of a thread regarding QB play? I mean, your QB dudes completed more passes to our defense last game than to the boys in orange.
....

But, to your point. I'm in agreement that I'm not ready to proclaim our QB room as the best in UK history until we see some production. I would say that this is maybe the most POTENTIAL our QB room has seen in a long time. And OP left Nik Scalzo off the list (although he might have been in the portal at time of original post).
