Uh oh, is Texas starting to get overhyped again?

Most of the national media now recognizes us as the best in the Big 12. Some have even gone to say best 1 loss team in the nation.
The national rivals guys

Now they're calling it the best game of the week. ESPN is even having gameday there. And we all know it's not because Oklahoma looks good. Everyone is waiting to see Texas win this game.
I just have a bad feeling about this. Spencer Rattler actually looked pretty good against Kansas St. Probably the best OU has looked all season. They're finally getting into form just at the right time. And the last time the media pumped us up this year we got blown out at Arkansas. I think this is setting up to be a HUGE letdown game for us...
...Is what I'd say if I was a straight up pussy. Texas is gonna roll OU, roll to a top 10 ranking, roll over Oklahoma St, roll into Arch Manning, roll into the playoffs, roll over Georgia, then roll over the Tide.

How is Texas a better one loss team than the team that beat the brakes off of them? Sure, Texas has a better chance of finishing with just that one loss, but they can't be better than the team that beat them at this current time in the season

First of all.. the OP is UCF Knight.. and about 100 other alter names.. it’s probably Willy T at this point.
Second of all, Texas was not overhyped last week at 3-1 and ranked 26th. They are not overhyped right now at 4-1 and 21st..
But something is happening.. more than the regular hype.. I think Texas may have settled the Big 12 issue this week.. maybe we know that we will be playing in 2022.. The recruiting momentum jumped off the chart this week for some reason.. and I don’t mean Brenen Thompson.. There is just a lot more buzz than normal from the recruits.. maybe it is articles like this though..
