No, we didn't.

Uh, cool I guess. Congrats on the Jimbo Fisher era FSU.

I know you're not claiming Florida State is a good team now, are you?

Those wins were racked up with Jimbo.

Let’s look at Bama’s brutal schedule....

Duke
New Mexico St.
South Carolina
Southern Miss
Ole Miss
Tennessee
Arkansas
Mississippi St.
Western Carolina

Georgia Tech

Please stop saying how tough you have it “week in and week out”.

Laughable.

Still tougher than Clemson's.

Significantly tougher than Clemson's.

South Carolina - Clemson's third toughest game, Alabama's... seventh? Eighth?.
Mississippi State - Roughly #28 (AP poll)

Alabama also has:
#6 LSU
#10 Auburn
#12 Texas A&M

Clemson has:
#12 Texas A&M
#21 Syracuse (LOL - Because Top 25 teams struggle to put away Liberty)

Nobody actually knows how good anyone's schedule is.

Speculation drives initial rankings, and it changes from week to week as we learn what teams are terrible and what teams are actually good.

...but I'd take Murray St. and Arky St. over Wofford and Charlotte in regard to tougher "creampuff" opponents

You really that little number in front of a team is a "ranking" and that those are actually games that are played too, right? I know Clemson doesn't have many of them, so maybe you were confused.

Unless of course we somehow dropped half of our Divisional opponents from the schedule this year. That would be quite a surprise.

So Clemson plays 2 ranked teams, Bama plays 3.

Huge difference.

The hilarious irony that not only is Clemson's schedule difficulty ranked 59th compared to UGA's 15th, but that Clemson's toughest game is an SEC team (A&M) who is arguably the 5th best team in the SEC.

Wait, I thought preseason rankings didn't matter and we had to wait until the end of the year?

If preseason rankings do matter again, you have to finish off the year, which will include Alabama playing Georgia in Atlanta.

4 Top 12 teams for Alabama (#3 Georgia, #6 LSU, #10 Auburn, #12 A&M).

1 Top 12 team for Clemson (#12 A&M) (who is from the SEC, btw)

Good stuff - thanks for sharing

Your post started strong but took a turn for the worse when you started bragging about Murray St. and Arkansas St.

Bama faces 50% more top 25 opponents than Clemson.

You are losing this argument, bucko. Throw in the towel.

Just admit that Clemson has a shite schedule and should be left out of the CFP .

I’m using your criteria. You bragged about playing ranked teams, just showing you Bama plays a grand total of ONE more than we do.

If we make the playoff, which is the only way this conversation matters, the schedules will look like this

Alabama
#3 Georgia
#6 LSU
@ #10 Auburn
@ #12 Texas A&M

Clemson
#12 Texas A&M
@ #21 Syracuse

Oh yea, basically the same

Bama’s ooc is really weak, but they do play LSU, a&m, Auburn, and possibly the SECC. Auburn, LSU, and UGA typically schedule decent ooc teams.

Holy shite, he can't even do simple math. No wonder the rankings thing is so confusing to him.

The point wasn’t to compare the schedules. No Clemson fans brags about our schedule, even the past few years when we’ve had multiple top 15 teams on it.

The point is to show you that there is no weekly grind on these SEC schedules. 8-10 games a year are cake walks for UGA and Bama.

Again...you left off all the good teams. Interesting tactic. Btw no Alabama fan ever claimed this year's schedule is a "gauntlet". You're just deflecting now because you embarrassed yourself.
