You really think you're helping your argument?

All this proves is that Trask is one of the most valuable

Georgia fans resorting to praying for Florida’s downfall is a sad, but predictable development. Maybe Georgia will be able to close the gap a little bit next year!

I dont see a downfall, but it will be interesting to see how UF 2021 does without all that extremely good luck they have endured this year.

Didn't Trask set his record for yards against the Georgia defense?

Ooooooh he did.

What happened, RD? Georgia didn't recruit enough talent? Just didn't have enough players? 38 in one half, yikes.

You guys gonna get better next year?

Don’t think it would have mattered bud.

The only Covid related thing UGA fans should be pissed about is Jamie Newman

Reducing Mullen's success to dumb luck is a pretty hot take.

He immediately improved us and now has a Quarterback in the Heisman race, neck to neck, and is ironically, successfully, running an air raid in the SEC.

He has been successful (relatively speaking) wherever he's been for the last decade and some change and is a hot commodity on the market right now.

All teams get breaks, but Florida has earned every win this season, including over Georgia. Even with your starters in, do you really think it was just a stroke of fortune that we scored 38 in one half?

In addition to that, the game movement to cover for Florida's covid problem clearly benefitted Florida and hurt UGA.

I actually predicted something like this happening before the season. New OL, new scheme, new OC, new OL coach, new RBs etc. etc..

Newman likely didn't have faith in their program when he got there, and just didn't want to hurt his draft stock.

I mean, look at all of Georgia's homegrown Quarterbacks, none of them know how to play. Bennett is mediocre at best, Dwan Mathis is a complete mess and they refused to play Beck at all, even when he could get a "free" season no matter how many games he played.

Any QB prospect watching Georgia should seriously reconsider their options considering Fromm regressed and Georgia doesn't have a single internally developed Quarterback.

If JT Daniels left, or got hurt, they're literally back to square one (although Mathis has already left). That's an extremely shaky offense.

Been explained multiple times and sorry that you're having such a difficult time accepting reality but the reality of Trask,Pitts,Toney and Grimes leaving is gonna be a dose of reality that will be unbelievably difficult for you to swallow.

BTW,did Mullen get ANY of the above to commit out of HS?

You're actually delusional enough to believe that your offense won't skip a beat next year.

Forced us to play UK the week before Jax, and we lost 5 defensive starters in that game.

My point isnt a hot take at all:

Good luck can elevate success. Not all teams get good luck, especially on the level UF has this year.

Bad luck can knock it down. Not all teams get bad luck, especially on the level UGA has this year.

Flip that luck around, and where are these teams?

Did you notice the schedule switch that had us losing the UF off week and losing 4 starters on one side of the ball the week before the UF game?

Pitts was in his first class and he got Grimes from the transfer market

You guys don't seem to understand that Mullen is not a pass first HC. The WRs that really matter are actually TEs, because they're the ones who will block for the run scheme. Similarly, you guys said the exact same thing last season.

"How will he replace Cleveland, Van Jefferson, Hammond and Swain?"

I'm seriously trying to work on being condescending, so I'll keep it to X's and O's:

Mullen can do an air raid or a power spread scheme without problem, this is why most teams want to get offensive-minded head coaches these days. You are worried about the wrong personnel for next year, as stated above, guys you should worry about:

Zipperer, Gamble, Odom. (TEs)

Demarckus Bowman, Wright, Pierce/Davis (one may leave).

We are never going to be passing like this again as long as Mullen is HC, he's going back to a Tebow power QB.

I doubt this take, especially considering he flat out hurt his draft stock by quitting. We had a much improved scheme this year that would have likely elevated him into the 1st round.
