For the FIRST time this season, Georgia had EVERY AVAILABLE OFFENSIVE PLAYER in a game! The only exception was Branson Robinson; however, he was injured before the season began which ended his time.

Wow. It showed, too. For the first time, UGA had a complete offensive arsenal at its disposal and Mike Bobo (OC) made full use of them and it was great to see the explosive results.

Still, with Tennesse at Knoxville coming up, it only gets tougher. Neyland is a very tough place to play and all due respect is being given to the Big Orange.

By the way, Brock Bowers wasn't at 100% (he was seen with a barely noticeable limp in his walk, but he's okay to play), but he still scored a TD, had 3 catches and was in on a total of 45 plays vs. Ole Miss. He didn't play every down, but then again, he never has. Glad to have him back.

A venue is typically only as tough as the team that plays there. Out trips to knoxville since kirby has been here:

41-0
43-14
41-17

I dunno how y’all only beat a shitty South Carolina by 10. A shitty Auburn by 7. And a horrendous Vandy by 17.

UGA looked like an NFL team on Saturday. Went ahead and put a G on Georgia against Tennessee. I’m sure you’ll win by 3 now lol.

It's either been sleep walking through games or death star.

UGA does this a lot. We just don't get up against shitty teams.

Did you not read the OP?

This is the first time all season that we had all running backs healthy with our original starting offensive line.

I don't know if you want to call Bowers 100%. But this is also the closest we have been all season to having Bowers and McConkey 100% and together on the field at the same time.

Our 2 transfer WRs are new to the offensive system. It is not an easy system to pickup (and one of those WRs came from a Mike Leach Air raid). We knew it would be November at the earliest before Beck and them would be on the same page.

Do y’all consider Tennessee a shitty team? I just don’t see how UGA doesn’t demolish them. Tennessee got crushed by a mediocre mizzou and y’all crushed a solid Ole Miss team.

Not sure I'd classify Missouri as mediocre. They play pretty fricking physical football and beat the frick out of Tennessee, who is mediocre, not shitty.

If we get the Vols best, they can keep in respectable in Knoxville.

This is part of the “overlook” recipe

Those games are what complacency looks like at UGA right now. That same complacency usually bites successful programs in the arse and leads to a loss, right now at UGA it leads to close games against inferior opponents. UGA has answered the bell when needed and never allowed the bell to be rung when they were playing against teams they were interested in beating.

I consider them a solid team. Given the right motivation they could win. Their front 7 has been solid. (At least until they played Mizzou...not sure what happened there)

If i had to guess, I would say they are getting a bit thin and worn down from the season.

But Ole Miss podcasters are telling me that UGA only got up because Ole Miss is a good team. Who cares that it was UGAs biggest win

I thought initially it was complacency, but I don't think that now. I think this is just a young team on defense with very good players, but few superstars. Some have more athletic talent, some have more experience, but most not together. We were also missing Bullard fro several games early on. The offense I think was always supposed to carry this team, and due to injuries and inexperience, it took a little longer to fully gel. However, having to play a lot of different players early on is likely now helping.

Since you're barely out of your diapers, WG, you can be excused for being rather limited in your knowledge and experience of UGA football.

Nevertheless, despite our recent big wins in Knoxville over the Vols, we had a losing record against them in Neyland until the 2021 game (Dawgs won 41-17). In 2019, we gained a tie with the Vols in Neyland at 12-12 and took the lead, 13-12, with the 2021 win.

Yes, playing in Neyland is a tough place to play, despite your quack and quirky Red & Black Foster Grants.

you can call me a whole lot of things, but unknowledgeable of UGA football is probably last on the list

can you share wiht us what games involving general neyland or vince dooley have to do wiht the present? Or fulmer vs goff and donnan? Those records don't mean a hill of beans. What is kinda sorta relevant is what kirby has done since, ya know...he's our current coach and is currently running the program. My point was that every visit to neyland with kirby as coach has been a beatdown victory. So no, I do not think neyalnd is a tough place to play for him.

I've also been to every game we've played there since the hobnail boot game and have experienced the atmosphere (or often times, lack thereof) firsthand. How about you?

I think he's referring to their turf and how rough it is on the body.

I am honestly hoping to see UT get a little pressure on Beck early on. Mizzou did at first and it had him shaken before he adjusted and improved.

He hasn't been pressured much all year, so I feel like some experience here would be great preparation for Bama. UT is arguably the best DL we have faced other than Mizzou
