If we were both undefeated last night and had that game the loser would've fell to 3. Unfortunately Kirby let Cookie Monster outcoach him. It's unfortunate because I think y'all are better than ND and Okie but there is no way for the committee to spin that narrative.

Agreed. GA is one of the best 4, but the committee can’t appear to favor the SEC.
You have to remember, outside the South, it’s a love-fest with teams like OU, ND and OSU.
GA deserves to be in; had they beaten LSU they would be.

We aren’t expecting to get in. We lost to LSU. That’s embarrassing

I don’t think ND is truly a top four team, but people thinking an undefeated ND team isn’t getting into the playoffs are delusional.

Yep. Can't keep Georgia in while also keeping OSU out and saying "big losses matter"

That's probably right, and maybe should be right.
Something else is going on right now though, I think UGA gets in.

If the playoff was 8 teams, UGA would be in and there would be a repeat all-SEC final.

No team that loses a game by 28 or more points should be considered. OSU shouldn't recover from getting blown out by Perdue. I hate Notre Dame getting in without being in a conference, they had some ugly wins against really bad teams

Yeah, I agree with this. Ohio State’s really bad loss keeps ND in safely. Okie avenged their close loss to Texas, they’re in.
