When Fromm got hit in the back, the defender made the right play. Fromm had his hands up faking as if he still had the ball. Defender has to play that.
The late hit on Lock was not particularly rough, but it was unnecessary, about three steps after Lock had thrown the ball.
The personal foul on Mays was BS. If anything Mizzou probably should have been flagged on that play.
I work in GA with a lot of UGA fans. Most think they pulled this one out of their back side thanks to the refs and Mizzou F' ups. They feel they got manhandled in the trenches. The UGA fans on here acting like they kicked butt Saturday are simply delusional. It was a hard fought game by both sides. Both sides made foolish errors. Mizzou didn't play well enough to win, UGA did.

UGA coached and called the game to win.
Missouri didnt for some odd reason.
The Tigers were running the football down by 2 scores late in the game.
The Dawgs finished off 14 runs to 2 passes to finish the game despite the obvious mismatch between the WRs and DBs. The result was a 2:1 time of possession for the Dawgs in the 4th quarter (despite mizzou sticking to their run game).
Mizzou fans... I haven't seen it asked. Why was Dooley running the football late in the 4th? Was it to keep the game close? It obviously wasn't to win the game.

Ref Marc Curles is a Georgia Tech graduate who called the outrageous celebration penalty against A. J. Green. The SEC admitted the call was a joke. Curles and his crew were suspended. Curles hates UGA.

They should. Don't be mad Mizzou. Kirby learned from Saban. If we want to compete with the best, we've gotta act like the best.
Bama's got the West on lock with the REC. Georgia checks for the new Red Dawg Club are starting to clear as we speak.

We didn’t play great, but we passed better, ran better, scored better, and averaged over 2 more yards per play than mizzou.
