Only the females. I'm sure the dudes would make me feel ashamed. I had a roommate that was a male cheerleader and they had workouts all the time. He looked totally different after a semester of that.

IWHI. In her non flexing pics she's fairly attractive.
Also, in the article it says she is a fitness model. Some girls when they diet down just a small amount for a contest/photo shoot, the whole look of their face changes. That first pic she looks more cut up than the others.

Testosterone is a hell of a hormone... She's the strongest female cheerleader (she's jacked and works out every day) and can only bench 155? I was surprised by that. I knew guys on our 7th grade football team back in the day throwing that much up
