Sure the entire "SEC" recruits "Atlanta", but something like 85% of your team is from Georgia.

When you grow up in a poor crime ridden area, and stay close to home to go to college, it has a tendency to follow you.
I wish someone would do a study on the arrests ratio for kids who lived close to their college residency.
A prime example is DGB, went down to Springfield, which is fairly close to Mizzou, where he's from, and got arrested while hanging it with his old crew, who happened to have a pound of weed in the car.
