The notion that UGA retained Coley from Jumbo Fisher last year is the evidence that no coach was offered control of the offense.

Do you think Eddie gran would be given the duties of an OC?

He couldn't hire anyone as he was the only vacancy being filled. He couldn't bring a different offensive scheme. He couldn't change the offensive verbiage. And there was a pre-existing co-OC already on staff.

It isn't a surprise why UGA is having trouble filling the OC and DC positions externally (the same issues apply right now on the defense). Whoever agrees to come in is not bringing anything to the table other than their experience (no playbook, verbiage, or staff).

Eddie Gran turned down UGA. But at least hold some grip of reality on the situation.

Keep going, I'm sure it'll be true if you say it enough.

you can have your message board rolting, I prefer to have the distinction of not losing to an east team in football since october of 2016. That feels a lot better, IMO.

Tell me y'all haven't gotten so arrogant that it's beyond your comprehension that someone would turn you down? Schools try to poach one another's coaches constantly. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and the bigger school doesn't always win. A lot of factors go into changing jobs.

Because you're UK and your coaches and fans are supposed to bow before your betters. They aren't handling the fact that their power move just didn't work (it happens but apparently not to them).

Kentucky (and you) should be pleased with the win. They’re 1-0 vs Kirby in assistant coach retention and 0-3 on the field.

That is my first post on the UGA OC position. This is my second.

Should we guess how many posts/threads you are trying to convince yourself?

Welcome to reality. Tennessee fans usually aren't very comfortable in reality as evidenced by the incessant butt-chugging. Do you think you can stick around?

Come on. This is Kentucky we are talking about.

It’s essential to understand what position is open. It’s easy to see why an oc wouldn’t want to become a co-oc.

How do they know he "hearts" UK? He may just really dislike Georgia, and thinks UK is "fine".

Trying to get an established oc into a co-oc spot is a power move, and it didn’t work.
