All the line means is that the casinos are trying to get even money on both sides.

No shite, that's what every line is. It's driven by what people think will happen in the game.

I have the same feeling about sandbagging

All those 5 stars look at the blue chip ratio compared to us plus we are beat up on defense.

I want us to win but I see a L

Kirby did it in 2021. Florida was in a down year. He had a bye week before Florida then played us.

Kirby used those three week to prepare for us and overlooked UF. He nearly lost to Florida because of it.

In the post game interview he let it slip they had been practicing for us for 3 weeks.

It’s smart (pun intended). I have a feeling he’s been holding back to not show his hand. We’ll find out quickly on Saturday if that’s the case.

I bet the line will move closer to 9.5 (maybe even 13.5) by kickoff.

Or a real offense.

Of course, come Sunday morning they STILL won't have faced a real offense.

Regardless, Georgia by 4.

Our secondary scares me but we’ve got a a chance against the best program in football. If you told me this 5 years ago I’d have cried

Our QB scares us. Horizontal pass game doesn’t really test secondary.

Kirby will have them ready. Should be a gritty game. Hoping for, but not expecting a win. Hopefully no injuries on either side.

The line makes a lot more sense when you realize we will be down at least one of our top 2 DTs and our top 2 corners, one of which might be the best corner in CFB.

Even if Gunner won't throw down field much, younger less experienced guys playing out there at corner increases the odds that he is successful when he does decide to.

One of the UGA guys who is really plugged in says they have kept the defense really vanilla, but the offense has been trying to get going and been ineffective. But honestly even on defense I'm sure they have a small thing or two to try specifically to impact Joey, but they have had enough success against us there to not go in and change a whole lot of the gameplan.

You can't just sandbag with essentially a new QB, new OL, and new group of WRs and then expect to just starting clicking on the road in probably the toughest environment in CFB.

It’s the same story every year. Tennessee looks impressive against a lower level power 4 team, Georgia fools them by looking lackluster against a princess school. Kirby smart destroys the vols in Athens or Neyland.
