Pretty sure they kicked Alabama around, too.

You really want to do the "since" thing here, UGA fan?

We won a couple of SECCs against Spurrier. One with Mike MF Dubose at the helm.

Yeah, go figure.

They've won two titles with non elite coaches.

UF has never won one without an elite coach.

Not close to me.

So how does effect Florida going forward? If the rumors are true that's a great hire by Florida. Last couple of Florida coaches were panic hires.

They were bad hires by Foley
Plain and simple.
Mullen flaked out and quit.

Very happy that Napier is getting a big opportunity.

Woodward is still kicking the tires on other candidates. Aranda or Riley?

But USC now has Aranda on radar, and he is from Cali. OU is moving to SEC within a few years, so Riley could stay put with a raise.

Who’s another realistic candidate, Franklin?

You won two while Spurrier was at Florida. meanwhile Florida won 5. Don't act like Alabama had Spurriers' number.

I don't know. I never liked him. Is Spurrier? Maybe he is coming back?

Honest question. How old were you when Florida last won a national Championship? You like to talk about how long ago Georgia's was, so I am genuinely curious. And before you ask? I am old. So yes, I do remember our last one very well.

Probably not. He's damn near 77 years old.

Did you know that the last head football coach to win a national championship at Georgia will be 90 years old on his next birthday?

I hope so. Fla was the main program I was worried about to steal Kiff.

Dubose beat Spurrier twice in one season. Can’t imagine having to live with that shite in your head. lol

28. I've witnessed all 3 of UF's. 2008 live and in person in Miami.

Honest question how old were you in 1980? If you can remember that far back. Congrats on your AARP membership.

Seems like a great hire on the surface. Napier is a good coach and doesn’t come across as an a-hole, from what I gather.
