LSU fans will never stop coming. Plus, I am not so sure this ball park was that bad for us to play in. Outside of Katz, we don't really have true power hitters. Indiana and Louisville were much more poorly affected by the park than us. We just went cold at the plate, and sadly, Glenn was just rusty. With our 1-2 pitching punch for next year, and with the EXPERIENCE gained in Omaha this year, if LSU makes it back, they are, again, a team to reckon with.

You're right, LSU hit it right at them, pop ups galore. State plays them, hits it right at their players, pop ups galore.

This was the biggest two-edged sword I could create. Obviously, you don't lose to Oklahoma on purpose in game two, but getting Glenn to pitch would have certainly helped.
What I don't understand, though, is why we switched it up to begin with. If you start Eades against OU in game two, that should not have been changed.
