Turns out Nutt actually has a case against Ole Miss and will get paid.

Ole Miss is bound by a non-disparagement clause in the separation agreement with Nutt.
They disparaged much.... and there is proof.
If everything that Ole Miss claimed was true (and it's not.. Nutt isn't mentioned at all yet was blamed by Ole Miss), they were still legally bound.
He is going to get paid.

If this actually goes to trial and OM loses, it will also a prove yet another Level 1 violation at the NCAA level.
there are rumors (so take that fwiw) that Hoston Nutt has no intention of settling out of court.

Houston Nutt has always struck me as a spiteful psychopath. He will take this to the ends of the earth to embarrass ole miss and Hugh freeze. The only proof you need is him filing and reporting it the day before freeze was to be interviewed at media day.

Not unless it involves a public apology and money. For a long time, all he asked for was a public apology to clear his name.
Now that he has filed, I would think he would demand damages plus an apology.

Seriously... Stop blaming every thing on others. As a fan... hold the people responsible for cheating. Your staff, your boosters, your AD.....
Don't blame Nutt for taking Ole Miss to court. Those people mentioned above are to blame. He asked them to apologize, they didn't and would not.
This mentality is going to be the reason Ole miss is the next SMU

Both Arky and ole miss paid him to go away. If he gets paid again from ole miss -- that's a whole new level of trolling.
And from what limited information we have so far... he's going to get paid.
How ole miss boosters/doners aren't up in arms about the waste of athletic funds is amazing (not to mention violations in 3 sports at once).
