Leach running draws cuz its 3rd and 20 plus constantly. Penalties and sacks are the enemy of this offense

Why wouldn't you run a play with 15 seconds left, try to get a 1st down and then have a shot at a FG?
Worst case Tulsa gets it at their own 38 with like 8 seconds left. Best case you have it in FG range with 8 seconds left.
