He didn't like recruiting. All he needed was some good recruiters and NIL to kick in a couple years before it did.


His coaching days are probably not over. For a coach that don't like recruiting he did pretty well evaluating QB's

Mullen would probably do fine here now..he sucked very badly at recruiting some areas...now he can do NIL.. and hire good position coaches and stay far away from Grantham.

He better find a QB and Strickland better not say um we have a budget to consider...That's why Lane changed his mind as well as some other things.. Strickland sabotaged the hiring
