Should be two entertaining games. SC with an opportunity to make a statement.
State-Ole Miss in a rivalry game has the makings of a very competitive rock fight.
At least it is one Tuesday w/o Kentucky in the lineup. And, yes I know they are a great draw for TV. I get it. But it is nice to see the other guys get a bone thrown at them at least occasionally.

Agreed. State will be hard to beat, even with Ole Miss at home. Bad matchup for the Rebs.

Good... we don't lose tonight... we have to wait until tomorrow to do it.

Did we not just "make a statement" vs Kentucky?

So, we're talking making "another" statement here, are we not?

Tennessee is going-to-be very tough to beat, on the road. Have they lost at home this year?

It’s funny you think that because I think the opposite. I view OM’s guards as vastly superior to State’s (other than Hubbard) and think OM can make more shots at home.

I’ve watched this State team play on the road and won’t be shocked if OM wins by 10+

Apparently not, 'cause you're still not ranked.

MSU has two top 10 wins and we still haven't "made a statement" - other than that we are willing to lose a home game to Southern

That being said, it's shocking to me y'all aren't ranked.

Agreed.

I think State and Ole Miss split with each team winning their home game.

Unfortunately, SC has not gotten much respect. I think you guys have an excellent team. I agree that Tennessee will be difficult to beat on the road. But if you were to pull off a win, it would be a resounding victory. Poor choice of words there as a loss will not hurt you any but a win would certainly look great on your resume.

SCAR +14 very tempting - probably will get on that.

Ole Miss -1 looks good too but I just can't do that.

Tennessee has owned us in basketball recently. Hoping SC is at least competitive tonight. Not expecting a win though.

Nope. Tennessee is 15–4 (5–1), with losses to Purdue (neutral), North Carolina (away), Kansas (away), and Mississippi State (away).

They are 10–0 at home.

yeah idk, I honestly think we get blown out, which shouldnt hurt us...UT is really good.

That said, a win would put us in a great spot for the tournament

We’ve looked like the better team in 19 of the 20 games we’ve played this year
