Stolen from the MSB: Apparently Tua was on with Dan Patrick today and had this to say........

He's said that a bunch. He always really wanted to go to USC but they were in shambles. Bryce Young pretty similar.
Can't even imagine the number of kids the last 3-5 years who grew up on the Carroll USC teams who would have gone there if they weren't such an absolute dumpster fire.

Alabama's OL has always made their QBs look far better than they really are.

You clearly have never lived in Hawaii. The bottom picture could pass for any neighborhood on Oahu outside of Waikiki. I would know, I lived on that shithole of an island for over three years.

Honest question: Those of you who are die hard college fans, does it affect your passion for the program when so many players today are basically just mercenaries or in it entirely for their own self-interest and there's not really a genuine love for the school?
Joe Burrow wanted to go to Nebraska. Jalen Hurts went to Oklahoma because he was beat out at Bama. Tua's from Hawaii and doesn't even know why he went to Bama.

The flip side of that is that Burrow loves LSU and Louisiana now and Tua loves Alabama.
I don't care how they get there - it would suck if they left and didn't give a shite about the place, though.

Exactly. Joe Burrow doesn't give a Shi.t about LSU.
The swamps aren't exactly a destination. Which is why Louisiana is one of the few states that has lost population.
Tua was strictly a business decision. But he's said how much he likes Alabama. He doesn't have to keep saying it over and over.
